Q: how long is shipping?
A: depending on where you are, it may range from 3 days to a month. If you are in the US, around 1 week. Anywhere else takes around 2 weeks or more. Of course, you can always upgrade to a faster shipping.

Q: do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! US orders over $50 get free shipping and international orders over $100 get free shipping~~

Q: how long does it take for you to process my order?
A: processing time for in-stock products will usually range from 1-3 business days, however, if there are any delays, we will always let you know. customs will take up to a week or a week and a half, with frequent updates and notices. pre-orders may take up to a month, but we will always state details in the product description.

Q: how much is shipping?
A: US tracked shipping is around $5. International tracked shipping is around $20 depending on your location. Unfortunately, shipping prices are out of our hands so we can't change it.

Q: My package is lost/damaged
A: Sorry to hear that :( Once the package is out of our hands, we can't do anything about it. We will try to help however we can though.
